Planning Fees

Travel planning involves a lot of time. Our research is based on many years of personal experience and professional expertise and our connections in the travel industry. The preferred companies that we work with have been selected based on their ability to meet your specific needs.

We spend a lot of time getting to know you and everyone in your party and we customize and personalize the itinerary, so that we create the ideal trip for all of you.

Our non-refundable planning fee is $250 for an individual booking and $500 for a group booking. When you book your trip with us, the $250/$500 goes toward your final payment. In the unfortunate case that you don’t book with us, we keep the non-refundable $250/$500 planning fee.

When you purchase travel insurance through us for this trip, this non-refundable fee will be eligible for reinbursement by the travel insurance company.

Cancellation Fees if we have already booked the trip for you:

In the unfortunate event that you cancel your travel plans, the following fees to Eva’s Best Travel, apply:

$250 per booking for an individual booking

$500 for a group booking

You will also be responsible for any cancellation fees, change fees or penalties  imposed by our travel partners.

These cancellation, change fees and penalties are non-refundable.

We accept payments via Paypal. We will send you a Cancellation Agreement. When you sign and send back the agreement with the Paypal payment, we will cancel your trip for you.
